- Please contact us at [email protected] prior to sending any returns/exchanges back to us.
- All returns/exchanges must include any accessories, documentation, etc., that was originally shipped with the product.
- If your return/exchange includes batteries, please contact us for details on proper shipping procedures.
- Returns/exchanges may take up to 2 weeks to process, not including shipping times.
- You are responsible for return shipping charges.
- All returns must be approved and unopened.
10 Day Return Policy – Unused Products Only
Returns are only accepted within 10 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To return your product, please contact us at [email protected]. To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for shipping costs. If the product is received by us in unused/unopened and undamaged condition and in its original packaging unopened, we will refund your purchase. All Jeresys are shipped double boxed, the internal box holding the jeresy must not be opened or it is not eligible for return. this is to prevent fraud. Sales are final once box tape has been cut.
Exchanges (Defective/Damaged Products Only)

Damaged in Shipment
Be sure to inspect your product once you receive it. Any damage from shipping must be reported to Ditch Hockey LLC within 5 days. We do this for reporting and to check if you paid for insurance. We bare no responsibility for damaged or missing packages.
If you receive your product and it has been damaged during shipment, please email us at [email protected] right away. Include a description of the damages, and include pictures if possible. This information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products are packaged and shipped properly. You the purchaser are responsible for any damaged or missing shipments. We will mail it directly to the address input by the purchaser. Items are shipped exactly as they appeared on the site. You can request to buy insurance by adding a note to us at checkout emailing us at [email protected]. If you email a request it mist be received before a shipping label is printed. Any request for insurance will be billed as an invoice to the customer and must be paid before we ship. A request for a signature to accept a shipment can also be requested and this service will be provided for free.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any shipping costs paid for by Ditch Hockey llc will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Just like you the purchaser are responsible requesting and buying insurance before we ship. we bare no responsibility for damaged or missing packages.
